Our goals are to provide each patient with the highest quality dental
   care in a gentle, efficient, and pleasant manner.  We are here to address
   your specific dental needs.  
   
   Generally, the first visit will include a thorough examination and 
   necessary x-rays for proper diagnosis.  Depending upon the complexity of 
   your dental needs, the treatment plan may be presented at this visit or 
   an additional appointment may be necessary.  If you have insurance please 
   bring your card or claim form with you, we will be happy to file your 
   insurance claim.  We do ask that you pay for services as they are rendered
   and any insurance benefits will be sent directly to you.

   Enclosed in your welcome package there will be an appointment card
   where you will find a map on the back of the card to help you locate our 
   office.  Please feel free to call the office if you have any questions 
   prior to your scheduled appointment.
